It is our pleasure to inform the community that in April of 2016, Divine Intervention Rehabilitation, LLC has been issued its second 3-year CARF accreditation based on our recent survey.  The Three-Year Accreditation applies to the following programs

• Outpatient Treatment: Mental Health (Adults)
• Outpatient Treatment: Mental Health (Children and Adolescents)

The accreditation will extend through April 30, 2019.  Divine Intervention Rehabilitation, LLC takes pride in achieving this high level of accreditation.
